The Professional Research Consultants (PRC) Community Health Connection newsletter focuses exclusively on topics pertaining to Community Health Needs. The publication features detailed case studies highlighting successful community initiatives as well as the most up-to-date information about government requirements for non-profit healthcare organizations. In the March 2014 issue, Bibb County was one of seven counties selected for the PRC Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and was featured in the case study below. The article gives a snapshot of the health needs in Central Georgia and highlights the work of The Medical Center of Central Georgia as well as several local community partners to deliver health services, including Community Health Works.
