Gwin Jackson, M.Ed. joined Community Health Works in August 2011 as a clinical workflow specialist in conjunction with the company’s role as the local administrator of the Georgia Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center Initiative. As such, she consults with practices as they research and select Electronic Health Records. In addition, she guides clinical workflow management for physician practices receiving technical assistance from Community Health Works to implement and achieve Meaningful Use of Electronic Health Records.
